So we weren't planning to move to Colorado from Virginia until April of 2023. We had contacted Katie around December of 2022. That's crazy early, right? Well, she didn't mind one bit. She answered all of our questions and looked at any and all the houses we asked her to. I even flew out one weekend and she met with me to look at houses for a day like a pro! She talked to other seller's agents and explained the specifics of our situation. She knew the market like the back of her hand. She's very knowledgeable about the area. She was very responsive even with the time difference from Virginia to Colorado. She's super down to earth and will tell you the truth and all of the "ins and outs". She took videos of many homes and sent them to us, kept us up to date on all home options, traveled numerous miles to do inspections, and even dealt with our crazy selves on our first home buying process.
