Monica is a knowledgeable go-getter who got us into our dream home! Our starter home (also purchased with Monica!) was a was no longer working for our long term goals of expanding our family. Once we found our dream home, Monica guided us through the offer process, making sure that our offer was fair for both parties. After it was accepted and we were under contract, Monica also helped us sell our old home. She helped us stage our home and connected us with a great photographer.
