Robert and Jennifer both helped us through a stressful military PCS under a short timeframe. Robert talked to us about our options and helped us get the house ready for showings. His assessment of what we should expect based on the market were right on and he negotiated with the multiple offers to get us well above the listing price! As first time home buyers we were grateful that he was so quick to respond to our many, many questions with clear answers. Steve also did a great job facilitating communication between all of the involved parties and sent us along a wonderful tape gun and moving boxes once we neared the closing date. We have almost zero experience with realtors, but we felt very spoiled in getting Steve so serendipitously. Would recommend!
