Once we found our dream home, Monica guided us through the offer process, making sure that our offer was fair for both parties. After it was accepted and we were under contract, Monica also helped us sell our old home. She helped us stage our home and connected us with a great photographer. She also connected us with a handyman to fix a couple of things! After offers came in, she helped us decide which was the right offer for us.
