She got us the best deal explaining every step of the process that helped us easily understand. She also helped us out so much by advertising and finding a tenant for us while we were on vacation! Kevin went to great lengths to put us in our current house. Our last home purchase was 38 yrs ago, so we needed a lot of guidance. Kevin found a great house for us while meeting our goals, physical requirements, and dreams. He is knowledgeable about this area as well as that of nearby communities. We had one issue with our new house which was the removal of a 100 ft. tree. Kevin helped us negotiate a solution to our satisfaction. We love our new home, and are very grateful to Kevin for finding us the perfect house. Since we bought our house in Loveland, we still had our house in Longmont that we needed to sell. We had a choice of more than 100 realtors and we chose Kevin. Consequently, he sold our Longmont house in 5 days for more than asking price. Bottom line: we are living in a great house and are no longer in possession of our previous residence. Kevin is a great realtor.

Dawn Ripley was amazing, we were living in Texas and relocating to Woodland Park so we were doing everything by video.
