Phil was so easy to work with. He shared his honest opinions with me but was not pushy at all. I just moved to Colorado from Oregon, so his expertise was very helpful to me. In fact, he connected me with a lender who also turned out to be a great fit. I am a widow and this is the first time I have bought a house on my own, so I appreciated his honesty, openness and experience. I love my house and hope I never have to move again, but I would not hesitate to use Phil again if I did need to sell!

From the moment we met Phil and Leigh we knew we are in the right hands and are cared for by Master Real Estate brokers who know their craft and how to best serve their clients best interest. We had a pain free and hassle free transaction with excellent experience and results and were greatly satisfied with the process

Where do I even begin. Coming to Colorado, we were lost on where to move, so I found Phil online and after just 1 phone ring he answered when other agents sent me to voicemail. Immediately I knew he was the guy for my job by introduction alone. Being in a rare position, Phil took the entire transaction from start to finish in a very linear and straightforward path, which is what every person looks for in a stressful time. Giving us multitudes of options relating to timeline, housing, and areas along with enough breathing room for the time to think we found a house within such a short timeframe that it felt like we did it over a weekend. Phil helped us filter through different houses easily, sorting the ones that didn’t fit our style out quickly and going on tours nearly everyday to find the one that worked. The transaction was clean and cut with no problems, and if a problem arose at a house Phil would spot it instantly. Overall, our transaction took just over a couple weeks, and we were in our new home. I’ll remember this for the rest of my life. Phil is awesome.

Peggy has been our agent for two sales and two purchases over the span of about 10 years and we wouldn’t have it any other way. She is not only a professional in ever since of the word but she is a genuine friend who goes above and beyond for her clients. I am so blessed to have her by our side guiding us all these years!

Peggy is a delight to work alongside. She utilizes her knowledge and genuine compassion for her clients to work through the emotional and stressful, yet exciting time of purchasing a home. Attention to detail is paramount for the success of her business and it clearly shines through, from the first showing to the moment we signed on the “dotted line”, she already thought of concerns before I knew they would/could be a concern. Flawless execution of a real estate transaction! Also, this is our THIRD transaction with Peggy; soon to be FOURTH as she is selling our current house for us also. I wouldn’t trust anyone else!

Peggy is more than an associate. She’s like family. We will never even consider discussing any future ventures with anyone but Peggy!
