We absolutely LOVE Erica. She has consistently gone above and beyond for us, both before we were ready to sell, while we were sitting on the market, during the under contract period, and during closing when we sold our last house. She made us feel heard, important and in control every step of the way. When we were between places for 8 months she never pushed us to be ready before we knew we would be, and was just a call away - ready to jump into action - when we were finally ready to pull the trigger on buying a new place. She is gentle, kind, understanding, and professional without being overbearing. She has also always been consistently REAL with us, telling us when we were shooting too high, or not high enough. I cannot sing her praises enough, we would choose to work with her over and over and over again, and probably will.

Erica and Jenny were fantastic throughout the entire process. This was our first time working with agents, as well as our first time selling and buying a home at the same time, so we had plenty of questions and no real idea what to expect. From day one, Erica made us feel taken care of. She called us back quickly, spent more than an hour answering questions and talking through the market for our home, and even toured homes, all of that before we had signed a contract. Jenny, another agent on Erica’s team, worked closely with us throughout the whole process as well, and the two of them made everything feel coordinated and easy. What impressed us most was how calm, responsive, and in control they were. Buying and selling at the same time is stressful, especially when your purchase depends on selling your current home by a strict deadline. Yet every phone call, text, and meeting left us feeling reassured. Questions were usually answered within the hour, and often within minutes. The selling side was especially impressive. Their team clearly has strong relationships with excellent people in the industry. The photos of our home looked like they belonged in a magazine, and the quality of the listing and marketing showed in the result. Our home went on the market after several competing properties and sold while many of those homes were still listed. The buying side was just as smooth. Offers, counteroffers, inspections, corrections, contingencies, occupancy arrangements, and communication between multiple parties were all handled without making us feel like we had to manage every moving part ourselves. Because of Erica and Jenny, we were able to sell in time and move into our dream home. If I could go back and give myself one piece of advice, it would be: stop worrying—Erica and Jenny have it all taken care of.

Jane was very patient as we explored different areas. She met us in CO Springs, loveland, longmont, Thornton without complaint. We found a place and she worked quickly to get it for us. We are in a good school district and neighborhood and with kiddos that was essential. She also gave us a extremely kind move in gift that she absolutely didn't have to do. We highly recommend her if you need someone in CO!

We loved working with Jane! She is very knowledgeable about the market and the different areas. She listened to what we wanted and tried to find us good neighborhoods for what we are interested in. She’s very adaptive and assesses how we feel about each house. We had 3 days to look at houses and she made it very easy for us to pivot when needed and we indeed found our future home in that short period of time. In terms of efficiency in processing everything, she is great at following up and making sure we don’t miss deadlines, provided us resources that would majorly help for first time homeowners.
