Greg is very knowledgable and professional. He communicates clearly, honestly, and consistently. He answers all questions even if they are the same one over and over or just plain silly. He offers all possibilities and communicates all issues, even if they made me nervous, but were par for the course. His calm demeanor and patience helps to slow things down so I can think clearly about the options I've been presented. He worked to sell and buy with me and it has been wonderful having him on both sides since a rapport has been built with an entire family and things are moving along nicely.

Our daughter and son-in-law purchased a home with Greg as their realtor several years ago. They had a great experience and recommended Greg to my wife and me. We were very specific in the type of house that we wanted and the market was very competitive. Greg was great to work with and we finally purchased the house that we dreamed of. Greg is an excellent realtor. He is professional, easy going, always available and responsive to our needs and questions. He has a very positive attitude and a great sense of humor. He gave us great advise and helped us make difficult decisions. We never felt pressured to make an offer on a home that we weren't sure of. He was very involved in every aspect of us purchasing our home including the offer, negotiations, inspections, and making sure that all of the repairs were done properly. He went above and beyond to make sure that all of our needs were taken care of. After we closed on our house, Greg has kept in touch to offer any further help or advice that we might need. We recommend Greg 100 % and would only use him if we buy or sell a property in the future.

We interviewed three realtors and picked Greg for his in-depth knowledge of the local market in our area and understanding of the details of our house. Greg staged the house beautifully and navigated us through the sales process flawlessly. Closing was a breeze.
