I am 76 years old and wanted to downsize and transition from a 2-level home to a condominium requiring no outside maintenance. I had anticipated it taking a few weeks, if not months, to accomplish. I signed a contract with the seller on that Friday and was able to start moving in the very same day! All this speaks to Jim's years of experience in the local real estate market and to his consummate professionalism and many invaluable connections. Jim took the time to explain everything and was easy to contact. The video of the house was excellent and he listed it with many web sites. If I was to do this again, I would certainly go back to Jim for his expertise.
