In the sea of laziness in Renae’s industry…what a grinder, hustler and hard worker she is, is all I thought through the entire process. Renae made me feel like I was the only pebble on the beach. We absolutely LOVE Erica. She has consistently gone above and beyond for us, both before we were ready to sell, while we were sitting on the market, during the under contract period, and during closing when we sold our last house. She made us feel heard, important and in control every step of the way. When we were between places for 8 months she never pushed us to be ready before we knew we would be, and was just a call away - ready to jump into action - when we were finally ready to pull the trigger on buying a new place. She is gentle, kind, understanding, and professional without being overbearing. She has also always been consistently REAL with us, telling us when we were shooting too high, or not high enough. Bill was responsive and marketed our home through many avenues. The drone video was excellent! He guided us through improvements that were necessary and unnecessary. He was spot on.
