I have recently completed two transactions with Jen, one as buyer of a property for my own occupancy and the other as a seller of a rental property. Jen was terrific for both. For the rental property and to arrive at a proposed listing price, she did a thorough review of comparable properties that had recently sold in the area, assessing their income, condition and location.
