Rob Stark and Erin Glombecki were an incredible team to work with! From start to finish, they were flexible, responsive, and truly attentive to our needs. They took the time to listen, understand what we were looking for, and work around our schedule. What really stood out was how calmly and professionally they handled challenges and adversity along the way. They provided thoughtful counsel and advice without ever making us feel pressured. Their knowledge of the Colorado real estate market and the different communities and areas was invaluable as we explored our options. They were always punctual, followed up consistently, and made themselves available when we needed them. Most importantly, they treated us like we were part of a team, all working toward the same goal. We always felt that they had our best interests in mind. We’re very grateful for their expertise, patience, and dedication, and would highly recommend Rob and Erin to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and trustworthy real estate team!

Rob Stark helped my parents sell their unique 50-year-old home so they could move to Wind Crest, making a stressful process feel manageable from start to finish. From day one, he was calm, logical, and incredibly proactive—lining up and managing the right professionals to handle all necessary work ahead of time so the house was fully prepared for sale without unexpected issues causing delays. Rob's background as an appraiser allowed him to value the property accurately, securing a final sale price higher than any other realtor had proposed. Even when complex buyer requests, septic questions, and county permit delays arose, Rob knew exactly who to call to resolve every issue while keeping my parents' transition to Wind Crest on track. I would recommend Rob to anyone looking for an honest, hardworking realtor with exceptional resources and problem-solving abilities. He handles every challenge seamlessly without ever letting the stress show.

Very responsive team, they stayed on top of everything and handled all that needed to be done quickly with constant communication as it all unfolded. From the start of talking the housing market to the finishing of the sale and the final negotiations.
