All communication between the parties was relayed in a timely manner.Any requests by the buyer were sent to us promptly.Maria then advised us which choices were best.Due to her knowledge and understanding of the market the sale was made quickly and relatively easy.

Kevin approached our home sale by first understanding our priorities. “What do you want?” “What can you do?” “What’s important to YOU.” He listened to us. He educated us. He is a solid, methodical thinking agent who was realistic and did not overpromise. He did however overdeliver. He was available each time we had any questions and made sure we were in good shape all along the way. A trustworthy, committed agent. I would recommend him to anyone looking for help in real estate.
