Market was slow in this area. Bruce worked to obtain the best offer I could have expected under the circumstances.

Strongly recommended for those who are first time home buyers. She is calm and not pushy to make a sell. She helped me work through the stress of bidding on a home to purchasing a home. It was a great experience and I am very happy with what we found together and where I love now. She found me my perfect spot

Linda Elbaum was recommended to us by a relative. We were out of town sellers and needed more than a real estate agent, we needed a sales partner. We got that in Linda. She went above and beyond typical realtor duties, lining up contractors for repairs, checking the unit during the listing (it was vacant) and even shoveling snow so the showings could go off without incident. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the service Linda provided and we feel we have gained a friend who is in the real estate business, not just met a realtor. We not only recommend Linda but endorse her. Thanks Linda.
