It went pretty well despite a death in the family.

Celina was easy to work with. Made herself available to me whenever I had questions or concerns. Knew the areas and values well. It was testy for my sister and I because our father had passed away very recently and this was his home. But Celina kept us informed and answered all of our concerns.
