She is gentle, kind, understanding, and professional without being overbearing. She has also always been consistently REAL with us, telling us when we were shooting too high, or not high enough. Because of Erica and Jenny, we were able to sell in time and move into our dream home. If I could go back and give myself one piece of advice, it would be: stop worrying—Erica and Jenny have it all taken care of.
