We were reminded of key important property services for items like furnace checks, any issues with key household alarms and sprinkler services to safeguard our client with competitive rates. When any type of service was needed for maintenance, I could count on Leigh Ann to have a strong network of reliable providers to help us quickly with the everyday items that occur with properties. Those providers were highly responsive, and Leigh Ann would get me the right information about what was needed. Her abilities and guidance were truly impressive and appreciated! Leigh Ann also worked with us a realtor and counseled us with the current status of market conditions and current approaches to sale activity. She again, provided a comprehensive market analysis and gave us strong guidance on what she was seeing as important to buyers so we could take actions we felt good about on improvements. He went above and beyond to help us schedule and meet contractors to close out multiple inspection findings on an extremely tight timeline. He always looked for ways to make our lives easier, like offering to mow the lawn or pick up items from the house to save us a trip. He provided valuable advice throughout the negotiation process to steer us in the right direction through a complicated closing. Paul made a stressful selling experience as easy as possible given all the challenges and curveballs thrown our way. We were very grateful to have him on our team guiding us through the process.
