She provided insight and coaching throughout the process, from the initial search through closing, that put me at ease and gave me a clear idea of what to expect along the way. She was considerate of my impressions of a house, but was quick to say when a property was not a good buy, citing concerns that I may have missed. Greg is very knowledgable and professional. He communicates clearly, honestly, and consistently. He answers all questions even if they are the same one over and over or just plain silly. He offers all possibilities and communicates all issues, even if they made me nervous, but were par for the course. His calm demeanor and patience helps to slow things down so I can think clearly about the options I've been presented. He worked to sell and buy with me and it has been wonderful having him on both sides since a rapport has been built with an entire family and things are moving along nicely.

Chad and Teegan did a great job selling our home and were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them. They obviously know the area and the market well and they were a delight to work with. Chad helped us navigate through some home repairs, providing good tips and references on how to fix those touch-ups that every house requires. Also, he did great with the listing photography. Very well-lit photos of the house and rooms with from nice vantage points. It's something we kind of took for granted, until we compared his shots to other listings. I'm a believer that those kinds of things can make a big difference. Teegan is fantastic -- she's creative, she's detail-oriented, and she's customer-focused. She's definitely someone you want in your corner. We came to Teegan and Chad at various points of the home sale process with questions and issues big and small, common and uncommon, and we found that we could trust them to find a resolution in our best interest.
