Encouraged us to have a thorough understanding of the condition of the property and assisted us in the process of negotiation during the entire contract processor.

Christine provided thorough and professional guidance from our initial meeting to make our home as marketable as possible, until we closed the sale for more than the sales price. Her guidance was based on her specific knowledge of the Pinery marketplace and her ability to negotiate what turned out to be a very unique sale. Christine was always prompt when addressing issues that came up during the negotiation, contracting and contract compliance process for this transaction. Christine was firm, but personable, in assisting us through the sales process. We highly recommend Christine to anyone interested in selling their homes.

Ricky gave us information and suggestions on selling our parent's house. He was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. We ended up switching agents and went with Ricky. His guidance helped everything go smoothly. We appreciated everything he did for us.
