My boyfriend and I recently purchased a home with Amy as our realtor. We cannot express how lucky we are to have worked with her. Amy had an exceptional pulse and understanding of the metro Denver market. She was honest and extremely detailed throughout the entire home-buying process. We felt (and know) that she truly cared about us as clients and as friends. She was very diligent about listening to what we were looking for in a home, making us feel comfortable every step of the way. Her level of detail and communication couldn’t have been better. We fell in love with a home and felt that it was “the one” we were looking for. We truly believe the only reason we got the home and beat out the other 22 offers was because of Amy. The home was only listed for two days before offers were due, and Amy made it work. She fought for us and made our offer stand out from the others. She wrote up our offer and negotiated with the sellers and listing agent all day on Christmas Eve, up until 9 pm. We felt that Amy went above and beyond for us to get the house of our dreams, even if it meant putting her own family's holiday on hold. Working with Chase was an incredible experience as a first time homebuyer. He helped me facilitate the entire homebuying process from 3000 miles away and was incredibly proactive and thoughtful in his communication.
