She is unstoppable! Casey brings a refreshing passion and enthusiasm to her listings and her clients. She was very responsive, driven, and invested in getting our home sold. We are so grateful that we partnered with her. We appreciate that she hosted her own open houses and didn’t delegate to another colleague in her office. This is a great example of one of Casey’s many superpowers – mastering situations versus letting them happen by chance. She stayed on top of all contract deadlines and was very proactive to ensure nothing fell through the cracks. Casey took great care and pride in our house. She treated it like it was her own – keeping it clean, ensuring all doors were locked, turning off lights, and adjusting the heat appropriately. Working with Ryan has been an outstanding experience - consistently going the extra mile to get us to the closing table in exactly the position we wanted to be. In the span of 60 days Ryan supported us in both buying our dream house and selling our current house. Having two major financial transactions in such a short period of time is stressful - especially during shaky economic times. But Ryan was THE steady voice through the whole process - coaching us on what to expect, where to lean-in, and even when to relax ;) Especially when it came to selling our old house, Ryan went above and beyond. He coordinated stagers, painters and plumbers to make sure our house showed the best (he even updated doorknobs and pulled weeds himself). Most importantly he got us to the closing table on the aggressive timeline we wanted and at the price point we wanted (over asking, despite increasing interest rates). To simply put it, Bryan was fantastic. Being a first time home buyer was probably the most stressful/ frightening event thus far in my life. That being said, Bryan handled it all to ease my mind. With the housing market insane as it is right now; we looked at dozens & dozens of houses, putting out numerous offers, all while facing unwavering rejection. This bothered me but Bryan was unfazed, consistently looking for properties that abided by my wants (which were unrealistic). I was a lot more picky than I should have been based on my price range & location I desired. After 6 (!!) months, keeping my wants in mind, Bryan finally came upon the house I bought. I found out afterwards, it is not typical that the realtor joins the buyer at the inspection nor the closing of the property. However, Bryan did for me!! That's the type of sevice & devotion Bryan provided me. I cannot thank him enough. I will use him for all my future real estate purchases & I would encourage others to do the same.
