He was always available to answer any questions, wasn't pushy, was supportive of our process, diligent in helping us find the perfect home, and so attentive during the closing. This was our first home purchase and from the very beginning Erich took the time to help us understand the whole process and get to know us and what we were looking for. I don't have a single negative thing to say about Erich and cannot speak highly enough about working with him.
