Brandon is the most inviting, kindest, caring, and charismatic guy around. He is so on top of his work throughout the buying process and went above and beyond our expectations. As first time home buyers, we didn't know what to expect or who to trust but we are so glad we were led to Brandon. He has nothing but good intentions and made everything for us so easy and understandable. His recommendations for inspectors, lenders etc were all incredible. He creates a lasting friendship with his clients and makes it very known that he will always be there for you to answer any question or give advice even after his service is completed. We can't recommend Julie highly enough. From the beginning, we felt extremely comfortable with her. She knows the neighborhoods incredibly well, was also super knowledgeable about what to look for in every house we saw with her, was always honest and transparent with us, and never once made us feel pressured to make a decision. We always felt like she was genuinely on our side and looking out for our best interests. One thing that really stood out was her guidance when it came time to make an offer on our house. Julie helped us think through the market and what a fair offer would be, and her advice ended up saving us a significant amount of money. She was also incredibly responsive throughout the process and was a huge help during the inspection and appraisal. Whenever we had questions, she was quick to answer them and explain things clearly.
