Landon was able to sell our home even during a very challenging time in the market when houses weren't moving. He worked well with the buyers to keep everyone on the same page and problem solve for us. He made what could have been a hard thing very easy!

Working with Landon Bellum to buy our home in Tresana was a great experience from start to finish. He was very responsive and kept us informed every step of the way. We are so grateful for his assistance and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a competent realtor for their next move.

Landon was incredible to work with. Being a first‑time buyer, I asked more questions than I can count, and he handled every single one with patience and clarity. No matter the time or day, he was there to help. He made the whole process feel way less overwhelming and genuinely cared about getting me into the right home.

Greg is very knowledgable and professional. He communicates clearly, honestly, and consistently. He answers all questions even if they are the same one over and over or just plain silly. He offers all possibilities and communicates all issues, even if they made me nervous, but were par for the course. His calm demeanor and patience helps to slow things down so I can think clearly about the options I've been presented. He worked to sell and buy with me and it has been wonderful having him on both sides since a rapport has been built with an entire family and things are moving along nicely.

Our daughter and son-in-law purchased a home with Greg as their realtor several years ago. They had a great experience and recommended Greg to my wife and me. We were very specific in the type of house that we wanted and the market was very competitive. Greg was great to work with and we finally purchased the house that we dreamed of. Greg is an excellent realtor. He is professional, easy going, always available and responsive to our needs and questions. He has a very positive attitude and a great sense of humor. He gave us great advise and helped us make difficult decisions. We never felt pressured to make an offer on a home that we weren't sure of. He was very involved in every aspect of us purchasing our home including the offer, negotiations, inspections, and making sure that all of the repairs were done properly. He went above and beyond to make sure that all of our needs were taken care of. After we closed on our house, Greg has kept in touch to offer any further help or advice that we might need. We recommend Greg 100 % and would only use him if we buy or sell a property in the future.

We interviewed three realtors and picked Greg for his in-depth knowledge of the local market in our area and understanding of the details of our house. Greg staged the house beautifully and navigated us through the sales process flawlessly. Closing was a breeze.

Julie kept me totally informed throughout the length of our working together. She was very professional and I enjoyed very much working with her.

Julie knew , right from the start, what was needed for a quik sale. From posting a”coming soon” on my property to staging. Julie was easy to work with and her knowledge of the current market was invaluable . I would recommend her for my realtor .

Julie and her team are so knowledgeable, hard working, and caring. Highly recommended!
