Cathy quickly coordinated the listing and staging. The inspection report findings surprised us, we opted to repair the major items requiring four contractors to be onsite. Cathy provided the contractor contacts who were great to work with. She helped with the coordination between the contractors and provided updates. Cathy was very helpful to clear out the remaining items at the house including the sale of a vehicle. Cathy was very conscientious, knowledgeable, informative and timely on keeping us updated during the sale process. She was great to work with, chose the right agent.
