Aleigha Roundy was extremely helpful for our family during our home search and buying process. She was knowledgable on our needs and wants, she helped us weigh out decisions, she explained great details of things we had questions on and she was very flexible for our desires to see houses when we wanted! She has amazing negotiation skills along with making the closing process become a breeze. Her knowledge with our area was extremely useful!

We were in the unique situation of purchasing a home in Colorado from another state. Aleigha listened to us and went above and beyond to find exactly what we wanted. She provided efficient, professional and very personalized service. Her attention to detail ensured every part of the process was on time and stress free. We have bought and sold numerous homes and this was by far the easiest and most seamless transaction we've had.

Working with Aaliyah Roundy was a pleasure due to her professionalism and timely manner of response. My house has been on the market for six months and was under contract one time before I started working with Aaliyah. Shortly after working with Miss Roundy, she brought up some new marketing ideas which blossom into a sale within a month or so later. The client was very hard to deal with, but thankfully, she did most of the negotiating and talking and getting things figured out for me to get the sale done. If I were to ever sell my house again, I would use a lay around 100%
