We listed 4 Condominiums with April Porterfield. We received offers on all properties within a few weeks of listing and she helped to negotiate prices at or above our target prices. April did an incredible job handling all the details, deadlines and keeping the deals on track. April is very experienced and professional. It was a pleasure working with her.

April honed in on what was important to me and was always able to work with my schedule. She provided great advice and helped me navigate the complexities of the process. She always had a smile on her face and I truly felt she was working for my best interests.

April is amazing! We moved out of state into a very competitive market and she helped us land the house we wanted. She was available around the clock, worked very hard, and made sure we understood everything involved in the buying process. We had to see houses on multiple weekends, and moving away from family was a new experience for us. April made us feel comfortable and supported, and always had our best interests in mind. It was very important to us that she wanted us to find the right home, not just any home. We would highly recommend working with April for any of your real estate needs. She’s a wonderful person and highly-effective professional.
