We moved to Denver from Idaho—a long way away. We communicated through phone calls & texting for 4 months with house pictures, information about locations, etc. Each time I contacted her, she got back to me rapidly. When we contracted on our new house, the inspector found multiple things that needed repair. She chose the safety issues and advocated for them to come up to standard. Now we are so happy with our new home thanks to Vicki!

Lisa is very knowledgeable about Colorado areas, housing structures, land, property rules and regulations. She understood all my needs and wants and I felt she went above and beyond to help me get what I wanted. One of my favorites times is when she challenges a housing price. After she investigated the property that sold in the area prior to the sale of the house, the ones selling in the area that were comparable, she called the listing agent and discussed the price difference. The listing agent came down because of the discussion with Lisa and the argument with all her examples. Very impressive! I recommend Lisa to all my friends and family.
