Market knowledgeable Kept me updated Took my thoughts into consideration

Charles handled everything from planting new flowers to painting the entire facade of the house to get it ready for market. He really does put in 110% of his energy to every deal and I cannot recommend him enough!

I was referred to Holly by my daughter, whom Holly had helped nine years ago with the purchase of her house. As a first-time homebuyer, I walked into the process with very little knowledge of what to expect. From our very first meeting, Holly was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to meet with me on several occasions to explain the home-buying process in detail, answer all of my questions, and clearly explain her role, my role, and how we would work together to find and purchase the right home. Holly was always quick to respond to my texts whenever I had a question, but what I appreciated most was that she never relied solely on text messages to communicate important information. If I had a question or concern that required more explanation, she would take the time to schedule an in-person meeting so we could sit down together and go over it in detail. She made sure I fully understood the answer, rather than simply sending me a quick response and moving on. That level of personal attention made me feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the entire process. Holly was extremely knowledgeable about the market in the area where I purchased my home, honest and straightforward when it came to negotiations, and consistently professional throughout the entire process. What started as a realtor-client relationship eventually grew into a wonderful friendship. Holly genuinely cared about making sure I felt comfortable, informed, and confident every step of the way. As a first-time homebuyer, I truly could not have asked for a better realtor. The qualities Holly brings to her work are second to none, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home—just as my daughter recommended her to me.
