Went above the call of duty to get the deal done with a difficult seller. Chad took over some of the necessary deferred improvements, scheduling them to fix the items before we purchased our new home. I will definitely be using Chad to sell my current house in 6 months as he was outstanding.

I had a wonderful experience working with Chad. Being a first time homebuyer, I really appreciated Chad’s help and patience. I never felt rushed into any decisions, and Chad was super dialed in to my needs and wants for a home after our first meeting. The process was intimidating, but Chad always answered every question or concern I had thoughtfully and with my best interest in my mind. I would definitely recommend working with Chad to anyone looking to purchase a home.

I can’t recommend Chad enough. He helped me with both buying a new home and selling my previous one, and he made the whole process feel so much easier than it could have been. From the beginning, Chad was knowledgeable, responsive, and patient with every question I had. He helped me understand each step, gave honest guidance, and made sure I felt comfortable with the decisions I was making. On the selling side, he helped position the house well, kept everything moving, and made the process smooth from listing to closing. What I appreciated most was that Chad genuinely felt like he was looking out for me, not just trying to get a deal done. Buying and selling at the same time can be stressful, but he brought a steady, calming presence to the whole experience. I’m really grateful for his help and would absolutely recommend Chad to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
