She was genuine, empathetic, supportive, intentional, caring, kind, present , patient , honest , resourceful, respectful, friendly and focused on helping us achieve our goals. This was my first home purchase, so April is the only realtor I have ever worked with and is the only realtor I would ever want to work with. Her and her team went above and beyond to ensure I understood the contracts I was signing, how lending/mortgage rates worked and the “why” behind all that we were doing. She was present at every showing and our closing and was proactive about pointing out things that should be brought to our attention and the builders attention to ensure we were fully taken care of. The real estate business would be a better place with more agents like April. This lady is the GOAT and I hope she is being compensated that way. I know she connected us to Oakwood Homes and their sales team for our purchase, but Oakwood Homes would NOT have gotten that sale if it were not for April and all of her efforts. Thank you April!
