We recently purchased a new home from Ms. Schell. We where referred to her by a friend. The entire experience from the beginning until the end was simply OUTSTANDING! We can not express our gratitude and praise enough about Ms. Schell. We are the type of people who expect a lot out of our realtors (we've purchased a lot of homes over the years). An example: We expect returned texts and phone calls within 2 hours. Most were returned in minutes. If she was busy, she would let us know when she was going to return our calls and she did.
