We were able to sell our home during a time when the market was quickly shifting in favor of buyers, and Renee’s expertise was key to making it happen. From the beginning, she helped us develop a pricing strategy that made the most sense for our home and the current conditions. Her marketing approach was thorough and thoughtful—she didn’t just rely on one tactic, but used a well-rounded mix of social media, print, neighborhood mailers, and open houses to attract strong interest. Renee also provided staging and professional photography, which really helped our home stand out. During the closing process, her coordination with her team was seamless and gave us confidence that nothing would slip through the cracks. We’re glad we had Renee on our side and would recommend her to anyone looking to sell in a tough or changing market.
Buyer of 8/6450 Tennyson Street, Berkley
We had no idea just how good of hands we were in when we were referred to Renee. She is THE best. Not one of the best, THE best. She found us a bunch of houses that fit our needs, and made all the paperwork and process a breeze. We were first time home buyers, and we'll only be working with Renee in the future. 10/10 would recommend. Do yourself the favor and work with Renee!
Buyer of 7000 South Dexter Street, Centennial
I think I'm a pretty smart person. I make my way through life, paying bills, wearing pants in public, and usually have matching shoes. Amazing, I know. But when my husband and I had the bright idea of selling, then purchasing a new house this spring, doubt of my stellar intellect came into question. Real estate is HARD. I'm not talking algebra hard, I'm talking filing your own back taxes with 4 dependants, a rental property, and trying to write off that pet jaguar hard. What on the surface seems like a relatively straight forward transaction actually has more moving parts than a precision Swiss timepiece. Renee was there every step of the way, offering great advice and encouragement. She is the queen of negotiating, putting out fires, and knowing her sh*t - all while dealing with us like we weren't crazy people (which we are btw). All in all Renee made our house buying experience more like a walk in the park than going through a haunted house. Her kindness, humor, and being an overall great human being helped us tremendously throughout the process. Do yourself a favor, hire Renee when it comes time to take that plunge into the unknown waters of Colorado real estate. You will not be disappointed.

He is trustworthy and he isn't about making money for himself. He helped us get ready for the showings and for the pictures. He sold our house quick. He has knowledge of the house values. He is straightforward and honest.
