I always see posts after someone has a real state transaction claiming that their real-estate agent is the best; however, hands down I can say mine shines brighter then the rest. First and foremost, she is knowledgeable. In the process of buying and selling there wasn’t one question she could not answer. She does her research and uses her resources. She knows the locations and market through and through. She researches the HOAs and what is required of you and makes sure it fits your needs for you and your family. There was never anything that came up and surprised us because she made sure we had all the information from the start. Furthermore, she has the best communication skills in the field. She always answered her phone or was very quick to return calls. She always kept us in the know. In addition, she fought for us. Buying a new build comes many challenges. Work gets delayed, contractors change, and sometimes the work doesn’t meet expectations. Elona faught to make sure we were happy. She even had outside contractors double checking the work to make sure it was up to code and done correctly. Even after we closed she dealt with issues that arised in the new build. Also, her attention to detail is astonishing. She found things mistaken in contracts. Read every line and explained it to us before we signed. Our closing also got delayed due to things out of our control. She pulled a miracle working with the builder the closing office and the loan officers to make sure we closed on time. I can go on and on about how hard Elona worked for us and all the things she’s done. Elona will work above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your purchase. She puts her clients first. I can’t recommend her enough.

Jay is the realtor for us! We looked to a realtor who would handle the presentation of our house, the negotiation, and the completion of the sale. Jay exceeded our expectations at every level. His selection of camera pros, and his direction allowed us to sell our house in one day and buy another the next morning! Most importantly Jay maintained effective and efficient communidcation throughout, and we got it done, we owe a lot to Jay for his service, knowledge, and professionalism.

I say advocate because Bob consistently put our needs first (sometimes against his own benefit) because he truly cares. When it comes down to it, you have to trust your realtor. Never had I experienced an agent I could trust more to handle EVERY detail. He had experience and knowledge about foundational issues, construction estimates, manufacturing processes, contractual agreements, mortgage broker trends, etc. He knows and does things FAR beyond the requirements of a good realtor. That’s why Bob is a GREAT realtor. If he didn’t know an answer to a question, he knew who to contact to get us an answer and followed up SAME DAY. I can’t tell you how many houses we sent Bob wanting to see mid-day and getting in to tour within hours. You are always treated like the most important client. I have dealt with many realtors, but Bob is different. Bob is a step above the rest in every aspect and you’d be foolish to not meet with him if you are buying or selling your property/home.
