It wasn't as easy as we anticipated, but she walked us through each step, some while we were still in Colorado and others while we were back in the Midwest. We were never too far away, she was always just a call or text away. We were able to close electronically and she even picked up the keys and made sure everything was ready for us when we arrived with our furniture. She gave us recommendations for services we were in need of and we know that even as we continue to settle in, she's readily available to answer any questions we may have. Above and Beyond Service! I can't say enough amazing things about Atom. He truly made selling my beloved mid-century modern home quick and easy. It was very hard to let go of my Cliff May home and having someone like Atom who loves these homes as much as I do made the bittersweet process easier. He went above and beyond helping me with repairs since I was out of state. He met contractors at the house to let them in, sent me feedback on their services, and even made small repairs, cleaned windows, took gorgeous photos, and many more things himself to save me time and money. He hired furniture stagers to make the house look like a home, and the style was a perfect match. He communicated timely and thoroughly and is a true expert on everything mid-century modern. While other realtors low balled my house value he believed in the high value of my home and we got a full price offer within a week of it being on market, and it's been a tough market this year! I was lucky to call him a neighbor and friend for over a decade and now I can add amazing real estate broker to that list.
