We recently worked with Giselle for the buying and selling of our home. She was absolutely wonderful to work with!! She is incredibly knowledgable about this market, professional, strong communicator, attentive and went WAY above and beyond to find us our dream home and ensure the sale of our home went smoothly. Our first fix and flip we new we had to use someone experienced and knowledgeable. Someone that new the area and would tell us how to handle this project. She presented herself in a humble way. We knew her expertise yet she wanted to hear our goals and vision. She made it clear that she wanted to be involved in anyway that we needed. Of course we took all the advice we could get. Walking with us through each step of the way. Unfortunately we had a family emergency. Rather than allowing the house to sit for weeks since we couldn’t be there, she ask if she could help do the finishing touches/details. A month and one week later, she made it happen.
