I was very satisfied with Giselle start to finish in the purchase of my new condo home. She guided me at the beginning with sound reasoning and contract negotiations. There was quite a delay in closing due to the building being under construction, but Giselle followed up regularly and didn't forget about me when building progress was stalled. As the closing finally approached, Giselle was on top of details so I could relax. She was professional and efficient. To be honest, I don't really like real estate transactions from difficult past experiences but Giselle made this deal go smoothly all the way through and I thank her for that!
