Peri was incredible and helped us every step of the way. We were moving from out of state with very little knowledge of the area. She was patient, never frustrated with our constant questions and asking to see the same houses multiple times. It took us weeks to narrow down what area we wanted to live in and what house we wanted. Throughout it all Peri remained professional, kind, accessible, and willing to meet us last minute to view homes. On every occasion she was there to support us. She constantly, almost daily, sent us homes to look at and was clearly invested in helping us, she was putting in the work while not with us to help get us into a house we liked. She quickly learned our likes and dislikes and tailored the recommendations accordingly. When we narrowed it down to three homes she did neighborhood comparisons, showed us the values of other homes that sold in the neighborhood, discussed how it would impact future value, discussed quality of the builders, and many other aspects beyond just the initial assessment of the houses. She was always looking at tax rates, HOA fees, and other items that would impact our monthly payment and quality of life in the home. She was clearly knowledgeable of not only the areas and neighborhoods, but also the quality of the builders, negotiating with the builders for better offers on their homes, and constantly being our advocate through each step of the process. I could not have been happier with the experience with Peri, and I easily recommend her to anyone looking for a home.
