I don’t have the space here to really express my gratitude to Pheloundashea. From day one her professionalism was over the top. She asked what was desired as far as the proceeds from the sale of the home. And also the time frame in which to be at the closing table. She fulfilled everything that was asked of her. The property was put on the market, had scheduled showings, and sold all within a month’s time. And not to mention there were other properties in the same subdivision that has been on the market for months and hasn’t sold yet. So my hats off to Pheloundashea for a job well done. I definitely would recommend her services to anyone I come in contact with that’s looking to sell or purchase a home. I promise you will not be disappointed.

She was very good at communicating and staying on top of things especially considering what type of market it is. She knew the importance of timelines and professionalism. We found several homes that we loved and she helped us to secure the one we loved the most! Thank you Shikera you’re my go-to agent for all things real estate from now on!

Shelby was an amazing agent in helping me to find my new home. With me being a first time home buyer, she was attentive, responsive, and answered any and all questions I asked her. We communicated as often as I needed. She made me feel comfortable and helped to relieve any levels of stress and anxiety that comes along with this process. She fought for me and negoitated well for me. Her knowledge and know how was beyond what I could have expected. I am extremely grateful and appreciative that Shelby was on my side.
