Chris did an excellent job with a turnkey move to assisted living. She coordinated and executed the packing and transportation, as well as unpacking of my Mothers estate when she moved to an assisted living facility. Once the move was complete she organized and managed the estate sale, provided advice on what updates needed to be done to better market the house (new paint, some repairs, landscaping...) We then went to market and showings and offers started to roll in despite the awkward market conditions during the spring of 2025. Chris did an excellent job in navigating a very difficult buyer and providing options to me the seller on best next steps and how to maximize our position. I would definantley reccomend Chris for simple straight forward sales as well as complex downsizing and evaluation for update or sell as is scenarios. She knows what she is doing!
