Lawanda was great from start to finish. She provided a cleaning crew and a photographer to get the house ready for posting. Once posted, we received an offer within 23 hours and after a week of negotiations, we entered under contract and had a smooth close a few weeks later! We met Sierra as she was the listing agent of a home we were interested in purchasing. She told us that the home we inquired about was “pending”, but she would help us find a home in the same area. Since we didn’t have a realtor, we thought we’d take a chance. We are sure glad that we did! Sierra worked countless hours finding us information about homes in the area.
