Before we met Tori we had a horrible experience with our previous agent and when we met Tori she was like a breath of fresh air. She was very professional and knowledgeable with everything and if there was something she didn’t know she got back to us right away with the right answer. She communicated very well and kept us in the loop with everything. Our relationship with her felt like she was apart of the family. She truly had our best interest at heart with everything. She didn’t rush us or try to change our mind or convince us to do anything other than what we wanted to do. She supported us while heartedly. She was very patient with us. She was always available via phone, text or email. I never had to wait long for a return response from her. She has even followed up with us a few times after we closed to make sure we were good and to see if we needed anything. I can go on and on about how great she is. Let’s just say this, we have NOTHING bad to say about her. Our whole experience with her was very satisfying and I would highly recommend her to anyone that is in need of a real estate agent. My husband talk to her first and he told me “oh you have to talk to her, I want her as our agent”, so when I talk to her for the first time I was like YES! She’s the one! And I hired her immediately and was so glad I did. Her experience and professionalism is top notch.

What a pleasure to have had John as our Agent. He is extremely accommodating and never was pushy with us. He made it fun looking for a house. His knowledge of the market and understanding of what we were looking for in a home saved a lot of time in our search. He also kept us informed of where we would be going in regard to the houses we would be seeing. That gave us the ability to look the homes up on the internet to see if we were really interested in the home and the area it was in.
