Lisa went above and beyond to make our home buying experience stress free and exciting. We chose to buy in one of the most aggressive markets, yet she found us the perfect home well before our deadline. She was incredibly responsive in contacting properties for showing and details, made herself available 7 days a week, was very patient with us and our picky request, stayed on top of all follow ups and handled the tough conversations for us like a seasoned professional. She thought of everything we didn’t, negotiated very important points of the contract, encouraged us along the way, and continued to remind us with each showing that she would absolutely find our perfect home. She wasn’t the first realtor we worked with, but her search and responsiveness is what changed our mind to work with her instead. Bonus: we mentioned during one of the walk throughs something the house lacked and she showed up at closing with it as a gift for us, plus a sweet gift for our dog.
