Lisa went above and beyond to make our home buying experience stress free and exciting. We chose to buy in one of the most aggressive markets, yet she found us the perfect home well before our deadline. She was incredibly responsive in contacting properties for showing and details, made herself available 7 days a week, was very patient with us and our picky request, stayed on top of all follow ups and handled the tough conversations for us like a seasoned professional. She thought of everything we didn’t, negotiated very important points of the contract, encouraged us along the way, and continued to remind us with each showing that she would absolutely find our perfect home. She wasn’t the first realtor we worked with, but her search and responsiveness is what changed our mind to work with her instead. Bonus: we mentioned during one of the walk throughs something the house lacked and she showed up at closing with it as a gift for us, plus a sweet gift for our dog. Even after closing, she continued to be very responsive and supportive with vendor recommendations. Ruby exceeded my expectations as a Real Estate professional at every turn. She patiently educated me on all aspects of buying real estate in Georgia. After spending some time with me to understand what my family's needs were, she put together a selection of properties that she felt were good fits for us. She was extremely patient as we toured each of the properties. She pointed out things that she found concerning, things that I might have looked over or thought unimportant. After spending a few days with her, I felt more confident and educated as a home buyer. When I had a question, she had an informed answer ready. If it was something that she wasn't aware of, she was able to quickly track down information that we could trust. When it came time to make an offer, she quickly turned around all relevant paperwork so that I did not lose out on the time I had set aside for finding my new home.
