She did a great job of negotiating the sales contract, was present for the home inspection, gave us helpful advice in getting some items on the report taken care of, and was firm with the sellers' agent throughout the purchase process, since we could not be in town. She stayed in constant contact with us throughout the process, and quickly responded when we had questions. Great to work with!
