I worked with Annette Klohn over 9 years ago when I was buying my property. That stuck with me all these years, and when it came time to sell the same property this year, there wasn't any other person I would consider working with. Annette is dedicated, compassionate, and fully understood what I needed and wanted from this transaction. I couldn't have asked for a better person in my corner to talk me down from a spiral or to do everything they could to negotiate for me on my behalf.
