Chris Basinger helped me find, finance, and close on an investment property on Isle of Palms after my previous agent had failed me on an earlier negotiation and securing proper financing. Chris's hard work, friendly demeanor, and dedication as well as his market knowledge and contacts within the community and financing were instrumental in the success of my purchase and project. After we closed he then helped me to choose a local designer and project manager to renovate it and then a property management company to help run it for me. He helped me several times to wade through some local bureaucracy. He really went the extra mile for me.
