I had already had others look into listing it. I never dreamed our home was worth as much as she did. No one came close to her expert analogy. She took professional pictures, her expense. I had already moved out of state. She came every morning, and then each night to “open” and “close” my home for showings. She sent updated reports keeping us informed of all the other homes in our area and also how ours was showing, what was selling and more. When we received offers, she gave excellent advice on which offer was better and more beneficial for us the seller and proved she had OUR best interest in mind.
