Our story starts about the first of March. Our son ask if had thought about moving closer to him in Asheville NC. All Of a sudden this lady walked into our lives. and began a process of getting the paperwork and many item in order to sell a house. Her ability to get the job done was unprecedented n my opinion. After Fran laid all the bids out and we discussed pros and cons our decision was easier to make because of the work Fran put into getting us to the final choice. Decision made closing upon us and the final check was in the mail. Fran's professional approach, her winning smile, her contacts, and her can do attitude is what made out entire experience in selling our house less stressful and a good experience. I lived out of state and Michelle worked with me by sending me homes to review. Any questions I had about a house she found the answers for me. One house had a shared well. Michelle found out if the house could be hooked up to the city water and what the cost would be. Once I had a few houses that I liked, she took my son to look at them. I then had one house that I really liked (and my son likes) but I did not want to buy it would out someone else looking to. My father (who was a contractor) went down and Michelle took him to the house to look over. About a month later was the first time I could go down and Michelle met me at the house so that I see what I was buying. Michelle ended up taking three different family member to this house.
