With gentle delivery, she protects you from your own inflated views of your home, expertly steers you to the right answer and simply will not compromise her integrity to make a sale. She will do what you ask of her but not without offering the proper advice. She is by far the best agent I have worked with and my home sold in four days for exactly what I was asking and settled in thirty days. You would do well to hire her.
