I have to start by saying that I have a big bias against real estate agent. We had some really bad experience and generally found them to be totally irrelevant or even a barrier to finding our dream home. Melissa was so good that she changed my mind about agents. I would say her biggest strength is her tireless work ethic. She responds quickly and thoroughly to EVERYTHING. She also is very good at looking at for you as the client in negotiations. We bought a brand new home from a builder and Melissa was able to negotiate so many credits that it went over our maximum for closing costs. Melissa was also incredible kind — dropped off food for us when we moved in, gave us a nice gift, even paid money out of her own pocket to cover something we needed last minute that we couldn’t get from the builder. Overall she’s a fabulous agent.

Wendy, was professional, knowledgeable and great at communicating. Our home/property had unique qualities. Wendy marketed our home/property with emphasizing the importance of possibilities with our existing outdoor space. Great with keeping us up to date with showings and feedback. Wendy and Janey were referred to us by a fellow neighbor who listed their home/property and sold shortly after listing. We will always refer these two wonderful ladies with any potential buyers or sellers.

Very professional, attentive and always available to assist. We were out of state for a couple of weeks. We left our large dog and cat at home while away. Well we persisted and finally found a price that would be attractive to prospective buyers. We obtained a buyer. And were able to sell at a time when no other home were selling.
